- All prizes are shipped from Canada, and in most cases we will cover the entire shipping cost (you are responsible for cross boarder and customs, we will only ship to major cities in most of Europe, North America, please contact us for more information). We will try to ship from online stores within your country but otherwise everything is shipped from Canada or the USA

- All Xbox, Playstation, and Wii games can be picked from the Futureshop.com online store, we cannot guarantee new releases but we will certainly try our best.

- Please note that iPod and Zune Music Players are available in multiple colors, please specify which color you want.
