A demo version of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle, the fighting game based on the manga series created by Hirohiko Araki, is going to be released in just two days on the North American PSN.
The contents of the demo have yet to be detailed but they’re probably the same ones included in the Japanese demo, which has been released some time ago.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle includes several characters taken from the series. The gameplay experience is pretty typical for a fighting game, with players having the ability to perform light, medium and heavy attacks and dodge the opponent’s attacks with dedicated buttons. A special Style button allowed the team to expand the gameplay experience, with each character having the ability to use additional moves. Styles fall into six main categories – Hamon, Vampirism, Mode, Stand, Mounted, and Baoh Armed Phenomenon – with each style granting some unique ability.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle will launch on April 25th in UK and Europe and on April 29th in North America exclusively on PlayStation 3. The localized versions of the game feature some name changes due to copyright issues. However Bandai Namco has tried to offer a game that’s as close as possible to the original Japanese release, leaving the Japanese voice acting in and more.
