Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC New Details

The last DLC planned for Mass Effect 3 will be available in a few days and Bioware has given us a lot of new details in a recent press release, detailing some plot elements, some other technical problems and gameplay features. Be careful if you haven’t completed the game yet since there could be spoilers for some characters, even though the DLC doesn’t take place after the ending of the main campaign.

Urdnot Wrex has been confirmed to be present in the Citadel DLC; at the same time Bioware has confirmed that gamers will only encounter characters in the DlC if they have already met them during the main game.

Bioware also added that there’s no right way to play the Citadel DLC: players may want to play it as soon as possible or after completing the main story. All the contents of the DLC will be unlocked once the game has been completed.

An interesting info is that the Xbox 360 version has been split into two downloads due to size reasons: the first part of the DLC download is priced, the other is tagged as free. Gamers will have to download part 1 first and then proceed to get the second part, which will be downloaded without any additional cost. The Pc and Ps3 version will be a single download as usual.

The Citadel DLC will be available the day after tomorrow, March 5, for Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc. The Wii U version won’t be getting the DLC as of now.
