The newly released trailer for Halo 4‘s Crimson Map Pack allows gamers to get a glimpse of the three new maps included in the DLC: Harvest, Shatter and Wreckage.
Also included in the DLC is an all-new game mode for Halo 4‘s Infinity War Games multiplayer called Extraction where gamers extract assets from various sites around the map.
Here’s a brief run-down of each map:
- Harvest: A small to mid-sized map that offers plenty of face-to-face skirmishes, and is ideal for Capture the Flag.
- Shatter: A large symmetrical map perfect for vehicular skirmishes and Big Team Battles, offering a perfect playground for Warthogs and Mantises. It’s also ideal for Dominion and Extraction gametypes.
- Wreckage: A medium asymmetrical map that has a ton of nooks and crannies for cover, ideal of King of the Hill and Regicide game modes.
Halo 4‘s Crimson Map Pack will be available on Dec. 10, 2012 for 800 Microsoft Points ($9.99). For more information on please visit Halo Waypoint’s official website.
