New Skyrim DLC to be unveiled on November 5

It seems like Bethesda is not yet done with Skyrim’s extra content: a mysterious image was posted on the team’s official twitter with the accompanying text saying ” Full trailer on 11/5″.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is one of the best selling games of the generation: released last year on Ps3, Xbox360 and PC to both player and critics’ acclaim, the game retains the traditional non linear gameplay of the Elder Scrolls series. The player is given total freedom in how to complete the quests, which factions to join, which enemies to kill and so on: any action will have consequences, shape the world around the player and ultimately change the gameplay experience

.
Two DLC packs have been released so far for Skyrim, only on Pc and Xbox 360 since technical problems are preventing the Ps3 version from getting any downloadable content: the first one called Dawnguard was released this summer. It features the return of Lord Harkon, the ruler of an ancient Vampire clan: players can choose to join the Vampire or Vampire Hunters. New weapons and armors have been added, together with a Vampire transformation, new locations, dragons and dragon shouts. You can read more here.

The second DLC, Heartfire, was launched last month: players can now buy a plot of land and build their home using raw materials and even raise a family and adopt children. You can read our review of this DLC here.

Get ready to get back into the world of Skyrim and expect a full report on the unveiling this coming Monday.
