Club Nintendo Update: 11/24/12

This is a regular update that we have here at Gamer Syndrome, detailing for you the latest updates on Club Nintendo offers and free goodies.

The Basics:

For those of you that don’t know, Club Nintendo is a service that Nintendo offers, somewhat similar in concept to Xbox Rewards. It is free to sign up and become a member, so if you are a Nintendo fan or you plan on buying the Wii U or 3DS sometime soon, this is for you! To go into the basics of how Club N works, you basically buy certain qualified games and hardware such as a Wii U, 3DS, and even Wii then register the item online using your account to gain a certain amount of points for it. Of course to get the points you have to complete a short 5 minute survey and that’s no problem at all. With these points, you can redeem them for cool prizes and offers such as entire games! Every few weeks Nintendo has a new featured game you can get, one for Wii and then one for 3DS. I’m sure in the near future there will be a third featured game for Wii U and you’ll be the first to know once that happens!

Now for the latest Club news!

I know the Wii U launched not even a week ago, so I’m sure there’s still a lot of you out there still hanging onto that Wii. Maybe you actually did get the Wii U, well there is of course the ability to play Wii games on your console so this is for you also! Art Style: Rotozoa is available right now for you to redeem for only 100 coins. Described as a simplistic “action-packed game of survival,” you will play as an organism trying to make it in a primordial ooze, absorbing the other creatures around you to become bigger. Sounds a lot like Spore to me, so if you enjoyed that game, this may be a worthy download. This download is only available until November 25th, so I would advise getting on it now!

Not sure if eating or mating…

For our 3DS fans (myself included), the featured game right now is Touch Solitaire. Also available for only 100 coins, Touch Solitaire is the Solitaire you know and love, including two classic games. The games are Spider Solitaire and Klondike, both with various difficulty levels.  If you’re a Solitaire or card fan or just plain need something to play when not at home, this could be the quick-fix just for you! This game is available for download until December 2nd, so you still have some time to get it.

1 out of 10? Wow, this person needs to try a different game…

Now that’s all for this week, so check back here at Gamer Syndrome for the latest updates on all your newest Nintendo goodies!
