Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage coming November 20

Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage coming November 20

Do you love explosions? Do you love Borderlands 2? Do you love Borderlands 2 AND explosions? This DLC is for you. The next addition to the Borderlands 2 DLC collection is coming to us this coming week.

On Tuesday, Nov 20, you can look forward to playing a whole new story on the “Badass Crater of Badassitude”. No, I didn’t make that up. Gearbox goes over the top with this game, don’t you all know this by now? Apparently there will also be lots of swearing, I’d assume from Mister Torgue himself, which I won’t be quoting any of it for the sake of professionalism.

This campaign, much like the first Borderlands choice of DLC will have lots of arena combat. Luckily, unlike the first game, we like arena style combat. Your loot? Safe to assume that you will be getting some pretty nice Torgue based weapons in this DLC. So if you have a deep love an affection for Torgue as a weapons manufacturer, you’ve come to the right place. There was also mention of a new raid boss, so prepare to get wrecked by some other insanely cheap boss in this game.

Mister Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage is expected to roll out with the same old three achievements for story, map, and side-mission completion, unless they are going to do something different this time around. Here’s hoping. For more details on the upcoming DLC, you can check out Destructoid’s preview of the new content. Still thinking about explosions? Here’s a trailer.
