Halo 4 is Not Coming to PC

A Microsoft representative spoke to Penny Arcade on the possibility of Halo 4 coming to PC, confirming that, sadly, Master Chief won’t be playable in the hands of mouse and keyboard players anytime soon.

“Halo 4 was designed specifically for Xbox 360, and while we’re always exploring new ways to expand the franchise and share the Halo experience with as many fans as possible, we do not currently have any plans to port Halo 4 to PC.”

The last Halo instalment to see a PC release was Halo 2, with Halo 3 also skipping the jump. The Halo 2 port was delayed, however, due to an image of a Bungie member’s naked behind being hidden in the game’s code (yes, really).

If your preferred home is within a building and not a rock, then you may be aware that Halo 4 came out today. Its a shame PC owners will have to miss out once again.
