Hotline Miami, the super violent top down murder action game was just released on the PC last week, but game creator Jonatan Söderström is already considering another version of the game. Speaking to Pocket Gamer he said he’s “been talking to Sony,” about bringing the game to their platforms, including the Vita. He also said that it “would be interesting to see if it was possible to get it to play well on a touchscreen device. Sounds like a challenge.” No other info was given.
Hotline Miama is a two dimensional top down action game where you murder bad guys in the most bloody, destructive way possible. The game is heavily inspired by the 80’s atmosphere, including neon lights and a pumping soundtrack. Since its release it’s been getting very positive reviews, holding an 87 on metacritic. Hotline Miami is available now on Steam and GOG for $9.99. Its feature set, via the official description:
