Soccer fans and lovers of soccer games are constantly locked into an endless debate, to finally declare the best game between Ea’s Fifa and Konami Pro Evolution Soccer. At the same time both games’ developers are always at work to improve their games, both single and multiplayer. Konami has finally addressed some reported issues on the latest Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 and update 1.03 is now finally available.
The 1.03 update will feature some improvements for the 2v2 mode, which was judged as lackluster: players will be able to switch players in 2v2 matches during Community games. Among the additions are new goal celebrations and some general balance tweakings. Here’s the full patch notes with all the changes:
The below changes were made following customer requests

Regulation of player form were amended
Player movement was amended
Users are now able to switch cursors between multiple players when playing Multi-player Free Matches.
(Please enable “Cursor Switching” in General match Settings)
The below issues were fixed
* Master League Online
If a user tries to play Master League Online and other one player online modes after playing a 2 vs. 2 ranking match, they had to delete the guest user in order for matchmaking to take place.
Sometimes, COM controlled players could not be substituted during Inter Community Matches.
Other adjustments have been made to make all modes a better gaming experience for our customers.
