Coins coins coins and more coins. If you have completed New Super Mario Bros 2 on Nintendo 3DS, you will have already collected a huge amount of them. And if you have uncovered all secrets, you may aready have a few million coins at your disposal into the game. If you still haven’t had enough of Mario’s adventures and coin gathering quests, and if after completing his new adventure on Wii U you still crave for more, you can download the new DLC for the game, featuring some extreme gameplay.
The Impossible DLC pack adds a new difficulty level over the 5 star maximum rating of the main game, giving players a series of stages where there will be no power-ups or coins, just Mario against his enemies. Don’t worry though: you’ll still obtain some coins as a rewerd for completing the stages in a certain amount of time.
If hardcore platforming isn’t you style, fear not as Nintendo has readied the Mystery Adventure Bonus Pack, delivering the usual Mario levels full of power ups and coins with a 3 star mark difficulty setting. These stages also feature a few hidden areas and hidden exits.
Both DLC packs are available right now worldwide, both packs costing 2.50$. 2012 has been a really good year for Mario fans, that’s for sure, with New Super Mario Bros 2 and New Super Mario Bros U available on the newest Nintendo consoles.
