PSPgo Not exactly Dead…at least in North America

Were you expecting to pick up a PSPgo for real cheap now that Sony has decided to stop production of it? Well, fat chance buddy. The PSP is still wagging its tail in North America. This was confirmed by IGN earlier today, when they approached a SCEA representative. Kotaku also asked Sony about this, and they replied saying “we are continuing production of PSPgo for North America. We will also continue to support the PSP-3000 platform.”

Well, phew, thank god huh? Sony almost killed what is the equivalent of the Game Boy Advance SP for the PSP. Would that have been terrible? Well, what are you waiting for? Rejoice by starting to make plans on buying one of these bad boys!

….please don’t buy one. I’m doing you a favor.
