The 20x XP event in Gears of War 2 ended just two days ago, yet the people over at Epic Games are already discussing another one.
More lately, Gears of War 2 has been getting quite a handful of these multiplied experience point events; the main reasons for this are to attract more people to go back on the game before Gears of War 3 comes out and also so that players can “earn their wings”, meaning “reach level 100″.
Rod Fergusson of Epic Games has today posted an update on Twitter confirming that more Gears of War 2 Multiplayer events are on the way:
“To answer the most asked question, yes we will have more XP events before Gears 3 comes out.”- Rod Fergusson
So, what new things will the upcoming events bring to Multiplayer? Well, we’ll just have to wait until Epic Games informs us, and once they do, we’ll be sure to tell you all. So stay tuned.
