Well aint that a bitch? Just when you get finished telling a bunch of people to go buy a game, the responsible developer files for bankruptcy. It is a real shame too. It is one thing to see a crappy developer close their doors but when a truly talented group of people lose their jobs that is just depressing.
Personal Opinion: I realize nobody asked, but here is my humble opinion on the topic. In my mind Cing would be in much better shape had they not been exclusive to Nintendo. There not a doubt in my mind that Little King’s Story would have sold FAR better as an XBLA or PSN title. Oh well. I suppose another Nintendo third party developer is left out in the cold as Mario watches from his tower laughing at the poor pathetic fools. 
What do you all think? Cing made some great games, but do you think they would have fared better on another platform?

Nippon Ichi is headed down the same road apparently. That’s the company that does the Disgaea series, and I swear to God if they go bankrupt I’ll probably commit seppuku.
