Late last night BioWare informed the Dragon Age Community that its new expansion pack titled “Return to Ostagar” would not release today on any of its gaming platforms. In their statement they said:
“Hello Dragon Age fans,
We’re sorry but the planned Return to Ostagar downloadable content scheduled to launch on January 5th has been delayed for all platforms.
We will update you as new information becomes available.”
With that said, they give no real information as to when it will finally release. It makes us wonder what could have gone wrong to cause them to cancel so close to the time of release. Let’s hope that they have to work out some kinks and bugs, or that they are adding a lot more content. Either way, don’t worry about starting up your console or computer today to download the expansion, because you won’t find it.
