Interplay: Fallout MMORPG beta in 2012

After finalizing the deal and taking in Masthead Studios as the developer of the Fallout MMO, Interplay have more news for us gamers: That the public will have beta access in 2012. ”This MMOG will have many unique features that we will disclose before launch of the public beta in 2012,” says Interplay CEO Herve Caen.

Some of you may remember the court battles between Interplay and Bethesda and the rumors that Bethesda also have a Fallout MMO in the works, and are waiting for the outcome of the trial. Either way, there will be a Fallout MMORPG. We also would like to note Interplay’s poor financial state, which only keeps getting worse.

So, if my calculations are correct, there three Fallout projects in the works: Project V13(MMORPG, Interplay), Fallout: New Vegas(Obsidian Entertainment), and Fallout 4(Bethesda).
