NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 – Latent Ninja Power Guide

Here is a guide to unlock latent powers for each character in Naruto.  these powers are special powers that can be used in special conditions shown below.
















Naruto Uzumaki

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Chakra recovery increased

Costs no chakra to transform into Nine-Tailed Naruto

As Nine-Tailed Naruto:

Super armor

Sakura Haruno

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Speed of HP recovery from healing jutsu increased

Chakra recovery increased

Chakra gloves power-up uses no chakra to sustain (still costs chakra to activate)

Kakashi Hatake

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to activate Sharingan

With Sharingan active:

No health decay

Charge time for Mangekyo Sharingan is reduced

Might Guy

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Gate crash for 25% chakra

Costs no chakra to open Gate of Rest

Rock Lee

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to open Gates

Down + {Jutsu} allows for teleportation, using 25% chakra

Neji Hyuga

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Gentle Fist attacks drain chakra even when blocked

Chakra decay for Rotation pose (Hold Back + [Strong Attack]) is halved

Can block while turning around

[Jutsu] tracking increased (360 degrees)

Hinata Hyuga

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Costs no chakra to activate Byakugan

Forward + [Strong Attack] has added invulnerability

With Byakugan active:

Chakra decay for Rotation pose (Hold Back + [Strong Attack]) is halved

Can block while turning around

Tenten

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

No longer lose weapons when taking damage

Weapon-based damage is increased

Has more Guard Crush stamina when holding the giant sword

Baki

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Range of Forward + [Strong Attack] increased

Costs no chakra to use Down + [Strong Attack]

Costs no chakra to use Jump, [Strong Attack]

Gaara

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Sand projectiles always launch as if at maximum charge

No longer takes chip damage

Will block normally unblockable attacks

Using [Jutsu] while in blockstun will execute a Sand Coffin counter and consume 50% chakra

Kankuro

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Crow’s poison projectile will launch as if at maximum charge

Black Ant’s Forward + [Throw] or Dash + [Throw] are unblockable

Temari

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra for Summoning: Blade Dance (Back + [Strong Attack])

Forward momentum Down + [Jutsu] is accelerated

Deidara

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to use clay-based attacks

Forward + [Strong Attack] spiders will crawl after landing

Hiruko

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

All initiating attacks will afflict opponents with poison

Enables Back + [Jutsu] for 75% chakra – If stricken, the opponent will lose all health when round time expires

Sasori

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Super armor

All initiating attacks will afflict opponents with poison

Itachi Uchiha

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)
Costs no chakra to use Back + [Strong Attack]

Increased number of Crow shuriken

Kisame Hoshigaki

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to use Water Clone Jutsu (Back + [Strong Attack])

Increased number of hits from Water Shark Bomb Jutsu

Increased chakra drainage from Shark Skin attacks

Towa

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to use Tattoo Claws

Komachi

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Jutsu attack needle is accelerated

Costs no chakra to suspend needles in air and will no longer drop needles when guarding attacks

Amount of needle projectiles in air are increased

Yugao

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Katana-based attack damage is increased

Down + [Jutsu] has a second, returning attack

Kagura

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Wire-based [Strong Attack] attack damage increased

Down + [Strong Attack] floats the opponent off the ground

Bando

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Cannon charge speed and maximum charge damage are increased

Able to rapid fire

Electrical Cannon effect is as if fully charged

Mid-air Electrical Cannon attack has homing capabilities

With Super Armor activated:

Jump, [Weak Attack] does more damage

Kurenai Yuhi

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Costs no chakra for restraining jutsu (Forward + [Strong Attack])

Restraining jutsu holds for a longer period

Down + [Strong Attack] genjutsu has a larger range

Asuma Sarutobi

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Chakra blades do more damage

A charged kunai attack becomes Chakra Blades that are unblockable and pierce special armor

Shikamaru Nara

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Becomes almost impossible to guard crush

Choji Akimichi

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Eating snacks will not be interrupted and Choji will take half damage while eating

Kiba Inuzuka

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Akamaru will attack as if fully charged

Akamaru’s surprise attack (Back + [Jutsu]) becomes available and costs no chakra

Akamaru’s attacks cause chip damage

Yamato

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Back + [Strong Attack] will act as a normal move instead of a counter, costing 25% chakra meter
Costs no chakra for [Strong Attack] restraining technique

Kabato Yakushi

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Depending on the attack, he will automatically recover partial health up to 50% of the damage received.

Anko Mitarashi

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Costs no chakra to activate Curse Seal

Curse Seal activated:

Increased damage from snake-based attacks

Sasuke Uchiha

Increased damage from sword-based attacks

Mitotic Regeneration (Down + [Jutsu]) activates immediately without having to hit the opponent

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Ninja Art: Dark Swamp size increases

Ninja Art: Dark Swamp can affect up to three opponents

Chakra decay when holding Forward + [Strong Attack] decreases by half

Sai

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Up + [Strong Attack] bird attack returns for a second attack

Defense of the ink animals increases (won’t be stopped by kunai etc)

Snake restraint holds the opponent longer

Shino Aburame

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Bugs attack as if fully charged

All bug-based attacks drain chakra, even if blocked

Hidan

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Creating the seal cannot be interrupted

Damage received while standing in seal will affect attack as well

Kakuzu

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

Jutsu activation becomes the same as [Strong Attack]

Costs no chakra to use elemental [Strong Attack] jutsu

Granny Chiyo

Latent Ninja Power:

(30% HP)

Chakra shield drains no chakra

Assisting attacks in Two Man Squad format cost only 25% chakra

Puppets instantly appear when called (Down + Throw, then Weak or Strong Attack)

Anbu Kakashi

Latent Ninja Power:

(20% HP)

All jutsu cost a reduced 75% chakra
