NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 Goes Gold

its official, NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 has gone gold for Wii. This much anticipated release of Naruto said to be the best anime game of the year with new characters never before seen in previous games (35 characters in total!!). Although some of the new character releases look weak there are definitely some new ones that I am looking forward to playing (I knew I bought a wii for some reason other then looking like a dork swinging the nunchuck around).

LOS ANGELES – Oct. 27, 2009 – TOMY Corporation today announced that the highly anticipated fighting game NARUTO™ Shippuden: Clash of Ninja® Revolution 3 has gone gold and will be available exclusively for Wii™ on November 17, 2009 at retail outlets nationwide. The solid fighting game features more than 35 playable characters, each featuring the new grown-up look of the NARUTO Shippuden cast and follows the storyline of the much-loved series coming to TV this fall. The hit fighting game series delivers again with new and improved gameplay mechanics and a slew of gameplay modes and options including for the first time, Wi-Fi multiplayer functionality. As an update to the already solid versus mode, the game also now boasts 4 player tag team battles, allowing up to four players to fight on two-man teams and to tag in and out of fights. If a player is nearing the end of his life gauge, NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 offers new latent ninja powers, allowing characters to not only access special jutsu, but also experience more subtle effects that, if used strategically, can make the difference between winning and losing.
