It was released on October 23 2007, November 2 2007, March 6 2008 and November 8 2007 in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia. The game is available in the single player and the multiplayer mode.
The wii version of the game consists of playground games including tetherball, paper airplane racing, dart shootout, dodge ball and kicks. For the Nintendo DS version of the game, you have games such as Hopscotch, Trampolining, Spitballs, slot car racing, dodgeball and Kicks. As you continue to play the game, you are allowed to unlock more games provided you are going through the single player campaign on both the Nintendo DS and the Wii.
Tetherball on the wii involves smacking the ball around the pole and your opponent tries to do the exact same thing. The object of the game is to make sure that your opponent does not touch the ball in order to hit it back. Once your opponent starts hitting the ball, you are the one fighting to hit the ball while he prevents you from doing so. Once the ball is in your court, it may be a hassle getting it back in your court.
Kicks is a game that has an element of soccer and an element of volleyball. The objective of the game is to kick the ball over the net to your opponent’s goal. You are not allowed to use hands in this game just like in a soccer game.
Slot car racing is a racing game with a main objective of being the first person to reach the finish line.
Dart Shootout is a shooting game that involves shooting sad faces. You gain points when you shoot a sad face, but when you shoot a happy face, your points are subtracted. You can also shoot people that are in the game for extra points and then beat the level boss in the process.
Dodgeball involves throwing balls at your opponents’ team so that they hit them. Once you are hit, you are out. You have to dodge balls coming from the other team if you want to survive in this game.
Paper Airplane racing is a racing game that entails racing with an airplane. The race is not smooth the whole way, as you will meet obstacles along the way as you get to the finish line. First, one to get to the finish line in one piece is the winner. Power ups, extra time and red rings are found along the way to the final point.
Wall ball involves hitting the ball against the wall and through warp holes so that it goes past your opponent. If the ball goes through then you score points.
