Brad Pitt in Dark Void Movie?

The upcoming sci-fi actioner Dark Void looks pretty awesome and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so. Variety reports that Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment and Reliance Big Pictures have signed a deal with Capcom to develop a movie based on the game, which is set to hit PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows in January. Reliance Big Pictures and Plan B Entertainment first announced they were working together last year at Cannes and this is the first project to come out of that partnership.

And Brad Pitt may be more than just a producer as there are talks of this also being a star vehicle with him playing the lead role. I’m more than fine with that. Despite my natural instinct to hate any and all pretty-boy actors, Pitt’s got serious acting chops and can be quite the badass, which suits Dark Void’s high flying pilot lead. I mean, come on, we’re talking about Tyler Durden from Fight Club.
