Friday at Arkham

Eidos interactive is one of the few game publishers to combat the summer games drought by releasing Batman: Arkham Asylum at the end of the month. However game enthusiasts can get a demo of the game on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC Friday August, 7. On top of that a trailer of the demo is available today.

The demo will showcase Batman’s stealth and combat abilities.Players will also be treated to a preview of some of the games foes and will be able to play through the Arkham Asylum’s first mission.

  1. dude this looks awesome! Batman movies are getting way better which makes the games better as well. I seriously thought that the Batman empire was dead after batman forever but they are really making a come back.

  2. I recognize Kevin Conroy’s voice… but was that Mark Hamill as the Joker? Massive kudos to Edios for getting the cartoon cast to provide the voices. I love the DC animated universe.

  4. Would’ve been kinda tricky to get Heath Ledger to do it. Eidos makes some really solid titles, Hell, even to this day I still play the Tomb Raider games and Hitman. And since I’m a fan of Batman, I’ll be giving this a shot once it comes out.

  5. The graphics look quite good (or it might just be a cut scene) but either way I can’t see myself buying this game.

    And the Funny thing is, I don’t know why…

    Maybe I’m just not into these kind of games..
