Need For Speed: Shift: Full Soundtrack List

“Pure global adrenaline.”

As Need for Speed: Shift’s release date, September 18th, dawns closer, a big question about the game (aside from gameplay and graphics), was to do with the soundtrack. Soundtracks play a massive part for any racing game; it’s what gets the players “pumped” up and addicted.

What Steve Schnur said about the songs included in the game is what probably started all of the quizzes towards the game:

“Intense music has always fueled the sound of Need For Speed,” said Steve Schnur, Worldwide Executive of Music and Music Marketing at EA. “For SHIFT, we truly went underground to bring together some of the edgiest new tracks in electronic music, hip-hop and rock from around the world. These artists are the radical equivalents of real outlaw racing. The result is a white-knuckle soundtrack of pure global adrenaline.”
