It seems as though EA are giving PS3 owners an early Christmas present by offering them the Devine edition of Dante’s Inferno at a non-premium rate.
EA have stated that the game will be sold at a price akin to a normal edition of a game. They have confirmed that the limited edition “includes developer commentaries, a Wayne Barlowe digital art book, the soundtrack to the game and a digital version of the complete Longfellow translation of Dante Alighieri’s Inferno.”
It’s quite a nice collection of content and including the epic poem that opens The Divine Comedy is a very nice touch indeed. Those of you who are interested in reading the poem can find an older translation as a free ebook at Project Gutenberg.
Also available for the PS3 today is a demo featuring the first level of the game in full.
