Assassin’s Creed II takes the number one spot in the PS3’s top ten, overtaking Modern Warfare 2.
One of the most talked about games this year, Modern Warfare 2, has fallen to second place, with FIFA 10 just behind it in 3rd place.

Assassin’s Creed 2 definitely deserves to do well and comes close to being my game of the year (beaten only by Demon’s Souls), but I am thoroughly surprised anything has managed to overtake Modern Warfare 2’s crown (albeit most likely briefly and on one platform).
I guess you could say Ezio assassinated the competition! Ha! I’m clever.
That is a great feat for Assassins Creed 2! its a great game, its a surprise though since MW2 was so ridiculous with all its “record breaking” sales.
