No More DLC for Rock Band Unplugged

It’s a sad day for anyone who has been enjoying the PSP edition of Rock Band which reached the handheld, earlier this year, in May.

A Harmonix representative announced today that there will be no more regular DLC content for the game.

“At this time we have run through our planned slate of Rock Band Unplugged DLC including music from Bon Jovi, The Who, Radiohead, and more,” the rep said. “With almost 100 tracks available via disc and downloadable content, the PSP has proven to be an excellent place to experience Rock Band on-the-go.”

Although there won’t be any more regular updates, Harmonic have said that they may release some new content very occasionally for special events. With all of their planned DLC now released for Rock Band: Unplugged, Harmonix have said that they are focusing their energies on the highly anticipated Rock Band Network and unannounced, future projects.
