Modern Warfare 2, probably one of the most talked about games this year, has had its fair share of rumours, all games do.
But if you say to yourself “Square-Enix is publishing Modern Warfare 2″, you’ll probably find yourself quizzing about what you just said, well, that’s been the latest rumour regarding the game. Normally a rumour like this would of been already declared “FAKE”, however, what’s scary about this rumour is the evidence.
Type into your Browser http://www.square-enix.co.jp/2/ (or just click it) you will find that there is some Japanese text in front of the number “2″.
“Bah, it’s probably fake”, were my initial thoughts, however, if you scroll down a bit, there is a paragraph that contains contains legal information about Activision and the Call of Duty series, this website IS advertising Modern Warfare 2.
In a way, it does make sense, after all Activision closed its doors in Japan quite a while ago, so now with the word Modern Warfare 2 being a big hit, Activision would want to spread this game everywhere.
