To celebrate the 1st birthday of Playstation Home, Sony are giving away a bunch of free downloadable content to its users.
The main item on offer is a pretty nifty looking tree house to add to your estate. The item was released on Thursday and is only available for a limited time period. If you want to get your hands on one of these, you’ll need to make sure you download it within the next two weeks, after which point it will only be available at unconfirmed price.
As well as a new home for erm…Home, users will also be able to pick up a new hat from the Alter Ego store. The hat is basically a flashing light which can be strapped to your avatars head and is available in — green, blue, yellow or red.
The recently opened Winter Wonderland space in the shopping centre offers more free stuff. Here, there are a series of mini games where the player needs to help Santa decorate the grotto with his elf slaves helpers. Sony has also stated in their blog that there will be a number of free gifts available to users here.
In other news, Sony has also fixed an error that has been preventing a few players from logging in to home.
