Since release players have been reporting issues with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 across PC, PS3 and 360. Most of these complaints have been in regards to multiplayer, with players unwillingly finding themselves in hacked matches or killed through frustrating glitches.
Last week the dreaded Javelin glitch was removed, and a new update will see the removal of further issues. The fix is currently in testing and will include the following amendments:
- Akimbo 1887s balanced
- Public “private” match fix
- Infinite Ammo fix
- Prestige Hack on PS3 fix
- Texture Hack on PC fix
Robert Bowling from Infinity Ward outlined the details to IGN but no specific date was mentioned or any word on further patches.
